1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

  • Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by us.

  • Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.

  • Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten any other person legally, and they do not promote violence against a specific person or class of people.

  • Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.

  • Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.

  • Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography or are otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.

  • Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.

  • Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Terms of Use, or any applicable law or regulation.

Any use of the Site in violation of the above constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use and may lead to, among other consequences, the termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site.

7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You acknowledge and consent that we have the right to access, store, process, and utilize any information and personal data you provide, adhering to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy and your specified choices, including settings.

When you submit suggestions or feedback about the Site, you agree that we can freely use and share such input for any purpose, without the need for compensation to you.

It is important to note that we make no claim of ownership over your Contributions.   9. You may not use any proprietary information, interfaces, or other intellectual property of ours in the design, development, manufacture, licensing, or distribution of any applications, accessories, or devices for use with the application.

10. SUBMISSIONS

You recognize and consent that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information you provide to us regarding the Site (“Submissions”) are non-confidential and will become our exclusive property. We acquire full rights, including all intellectual property rights, and have the unrestricted authority to use and disseminate these Submissions for any lawful purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, without the need for acknowledgment or compensation to you. You hereby relinquish all moral rights associated with such Submissions, and you affirm that these Submissions are either original to you or that you possess the right to submit them.
