At our online Afro-Caribbean food grocery store, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will promptly arrange a replacement or process a refund. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you have up to 7 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued, deducting shipping and handling fees. Damaged or Expired Items:
Customers encountering damaged or expired items in their order can contact the store within 24 hours of receipt. The warehouse manager will exercise discretion to provide a full refund or replacement for the affected items.

Customers have the flexibility to return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving their order, qualifying for a full refund.
Customers can cancel their order at any time before it is shipped. In the event of shipment, the responsibility for returning items rests with the customer at their own expense.
All refund processes will be completed within 14 business days of receiving the returned items or cancellation request.
