Frozen/Dried Ponmo, also known as cow skin, is a type of food product commonly consumed in many parts of West Africa, particularly Nigeria. It is a by-product of the beef industry and is made by boiling cow skin until it becomes soft and pliable, and then either freezing or drying it for preservation.
